Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Conditions:

All items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and components.

Products must not show signs of careless handling or misuse.

Items involving personal hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the item(s).

We reserve the right to decline any returns where items appear used, damaged, or do not meet the above conditions.

Important: Do not return your order to the sender address. We will provide the appropriate return address once we receive your request.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e., not purchasing for business or commercial purposes), you are entitled to cancel your order under the following terms:
Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date you or your representative (excluding the carrier) received the last item in your order.
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once shipped. If your order is already in transit, please wait for delivery and initiate a return as outlined above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email a clear request to: info@clarksons-canada.com. The cancellation becomes valid upon receipt of the returned goods.
Transit & Refund Guidelines
Our products ship from international locations, and delivery times may vary due to overseas transit. If your order is already en route, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait to receive the goods before initiating a return.
To help us expedite your refund, kindly provide proof of return shipment once available.
Refunds
Upon successful cancellation and receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 business days, excluding original delivery fees. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
